SMS terms & conditions
These terms apply to text messages sent by Cobalt Systems LLC. They also apply to the messaging systems we operate on behalf of our clients, where our client is the sender and we are the technology provider.
Programme description
By providing your mobile telephone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS from Cobalt Systems relating to your enquiry, your appointment, your account, or our services. Message frequency varies according to your interaction with us.
Consent is never required to buy anything
You are not required to agree to receive marketing text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. If you'd rather not receive texts, tell us and we'll use email instead.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation, and then no further messages. You may also ask us to remove your number through our contact form.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Cobalt Systems does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile number and message history are handled as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers required to deliver the messages — specifically GoHighLevel and Twilio — and with no one else.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
